Ginger tea latte with spices, milk and honey

Bring the water to the boil, remove from the heat and let the tea bags draw for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bags.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the ginger and spices for 3 minutes.

Put the spice mixture in a saucepan and bring the tea, milk and honey to boil. Let gently draw for 10 minutes on low heat.

Strain the tea and serve in glasses or mugs.
