Put the pancake mix and baking powder in a bowl.

Add the milk with a whisk first and stir the eggs. If necessary, season with salt.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry half of the batter 6 small pancakes (blinis) in 3 min. Golden brown and done. Turn after 2 min.

Repeat with the rest of the batter. Put the blinis on a scale.

Halve the slices of parma ham and sate the blinis in succession with the tomato tapenade and parma ham. Garnish with a leaf of basil.
