Gnocchi with mustard cream sauce
Quick pasta dish with gnocchi, bacon, onion, parsley, mustard, garden peas and spinach.

Heat the oil in the large frying pan and fry the gnocchi over medium heat for 12 minutes until golden brown and done. Change regularly. Season with pepper.

In the meantime, heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in 5 minutes until crispy.

Remove from the pan with the slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.

Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley. Heat the rest of the oil in the frying pan of the bacon strips and fry the onion for 1 min.

Add the parsley, cooking cream and mustard. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and add the garden peas.

Add the spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the gnocchi through the sauce and spread the bacon over it.
