Ingredients
Directions
-
Loosen the lettuce leaves, wash them in plenty of water and dry them (in a salad spinner). Tear the leaves into pieces and remove the hard veins. Divide the lettuce over the plates and place the slices of goat's cheese on it.
-
Heat the blueberries in a non-stick frying pan until the berries open. Stir in vinegar, walnut oil and some salt and freshly ground pepper and mix everything into a dressing.
-
Spoon the blueberry dressing over the salad.
