Directions

Mix all ingredients for the salsa, season with salt and set aside.

Heat the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and scoop through. Stir fry 7-8 minutes and stir in the chilli sauce.

Slice the arugula slightly smaller and fill the tacos with it. Divide the chicken over it and serve with the salsa.
