Coat all sides of the sandwiches with a nice layer of butter.

Cut the apple into thin slices and spread a slice of bread with it. Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar over it and fold the sandwich.

Bake the sandwich in a pan without butter in a few minutes until golden brown.

Turn the sandwich after 2 minutes and see how fast it goes. The sandwich is golden brown on both sides within a minute or 5-6. Do not turn the heat too high! .
