Goat cheese rolls with smoked meat
A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, green pesto, Dutch goat cheese (light-filled), beef smoked meat (about 100 g), rucola salad (a 75 g), olive oil and lemon juice.

Use a cheese slicer to cut 6 thin slices of the zucchini, halve the slices and brush thinly with pesto.

Cut the crust of the cheese and cut the block into 12 pieces of 1 cm thick and 4 cm long.

Wrap each piece in a slice of zucchini and wrap the rolls with smoked meat.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until crisp and the cheese begins to melt.

Let the rolls drain on kitchen paper.

Spoon a bunch of arugula in the middle of four plates and sprinkle some lemon juice and olive oil over it.
