Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the salami strips. Remove the meat from the pan.

Add the rest of the oil to the shortening and fry the pork around light brown.

Allow the onion, green beans and sweet peppers to fry. Mix in the paprika powder and add the tomato cubes with juice and the stock. Slowly simmer for 20 minutes.

Add the potatoes and salami for the last 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the parsley or chives with the crème fraîche. Spoon the goulash into warm deep plates with a spoonful of herb cream in the middle.
