Directions

  3. Wrap the dough ball in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  5. Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with the semolina, the biscuits, raisins and the sugar.
  6. Roll out of the dough on a floured surface ⅔ of the dough into a round piece of approx. 26 cm diameter. Grease the spring form and cover with the dough.
