Granola bar with fruit and chocolate
Make your own muesli bars from butter, dark chocolate, honey, crunchy muesli and dried fruit

Chop the chocolate into pieces. Melt the butter with the chocolate and the honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the muesli and the dried fruit.

Pour the chocolate muesli mixture into the cake tin covered caking paper. Press it well and allow the cake to harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Carefully pour out the chocolate muesli cake and cut into 8-10 strips. Store the granola bars for up to 3 days between baking paper in a closed drum in a cool place.
