Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

Put the wheat flakes, spelled flakes, almonds and hazelnuts in a large bowl and stir well.

Mix the oil with the honey and pour it into the dry mixture.

Stir well together so that the dry ingredients are lightly covered with the oil mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly over the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.

Spoon the mixture regularly until it is golden brown.

Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool down well.

Then mix in the coconut, the apricots and the raisins and pack the granola in an airtight container.

Make the compote by cooking the cranberries, strawberries and raspberries.

Let it simmer for about 15 minutes and add honey to taste.

Also let the compote cool down well.

Serve the granola with the fruit compote and the yogurt in a glass.
