A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: gelatin white, red grape juice (pack 1 liter), red grapes (without seed and washed and halved).

Directions

  1. Soak 1 gelatin gel for 5 minutes in cold water.
  2. Bring the grape juice to the boil in a pan.
  3. Remove from the heat and dissolve the gelatine in it.
  4. Put the grapes in a bowl.
  5. Pour the grape juice over it.
  6. Leave to set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Delicious with red breast cheese..
