Cook the rice.

Puree the olive oil with the dill, parsley, oregano and the lemon juice in a blender or with a hand blender into a green dressing. Mix this dressing with rice, season with salt and pepper and leave to cool in the fridge.

Add the olives, onion and tomatoes and crumble the feta above it. Serve this rice salad cold.
