Directions

  1. Brush the pumpkin with the chiliolie from the packaging.
  2. Bake the pumpkin steaks for about 7 minutes on the gourmet plate. Turn halfway.
  3. Meanwhile, halve the flatbread in the width so that a roll per person is created. Grill for about 5 minutes under the gourmet grill.
  4. Cut open the flatbread, spread the inside with the mango chutney out of the package.
  5. Halve the pumpkin steaks. Divide the pumpkin steaks over the sandwiches. Cut the parsley from the packaging fine and garnish the pumpkin with the parsley.
