A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: whole milk and vinegar.

Directions

  1. For approx.
  2. 200 g: Bring milk to 1 liter of salt with 1 tsp of salt.
  3. Stir in the vinegar and remove the pan directly from the fire.
  4. Continue stirring until milk separates into white cheese and whey, possibly re-heating if this does not work immediately.
  5. Colander carpeting with tea towel.
  6. Give in milk and allow white cheese to drain.
