Indian cheese
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: whole milk and vinegar.

200 g: Bring milk to 1 liter of salt with 1 tsp of salt.

Stir in the vinegar and remove the pan directly from the fire.

Continue stirring until milk separates into white cheese and whey, possibly re-heating if this does not work immediately.

Colander carpeting with tea towel.

Give in milk and allow white cheese to drain.

Cheese 30 sec.

rinse under cold running water to remove the last whey.

Collect points of cloth, close them and squeeze out as much moisture from cheese as possible.

Close the cloth with rope above cheese.

Place cheese between two flat plates and place heavy weight on the top plate (eg full food cans).

Let the cheese drain for at least 1 hour, let it drain for 6 hours for firmer cheese.

Bring paneer (= cheese) wrapped in plastic wrap in refrigerator for max.
