A nice Greek recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: onion, cucumber, roasted bell peppers (a 465 g), white cheese cubes, olive oil, lemon juice, black olives (Greek) and baguette.

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Cucumber wash, halve in length and cut into slices.
  3. Peppers drain and cut into strips.
  4. Put the vegetables in the bowl and put in oil and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread salad over four plates.
  7. Garnish with olives and cheese cubes and serve with baguette..
