A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: oatmeal (pack a 500 g), almond shavings (bag a 45 g), summer fruit (salad (400 g)), Greek yogurt (a 500 g 0% fat) and sweetener in powder form (pot a 75 g).

Spread the oatmeal and almond shavings in a dry frying pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown and allow to cool.

Divide the fruit over 4 plates or plates and cover with 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt per plate.

Garnish with toasted oatmeal and almond shavings and sweeten to taste with sweetener powder..
