Green-bean salad with mint and shallot
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shallots, lemon, haricots verts, snow peas, olive oil, peas (coolers, 200 g), fresh mint ((15 g) and finely chopped).

Cut shallots, halve and cut into thin slices.

Squeeze out the lemon.

Dice in shallot for 5 minutes in lemon juice.

Cut tops of haricots vertically, but leave tip at the bottom.

Cleaning snow peas.

Haricots verts and snow peas (in parts) in boiling water with salt for 2 minutes (beans should remain bright green).

Rinse in sieve with cold water, drain and pat dry.

Keep the pan with boiling water.

Heat oil in large frying pan.

Haricot verts and pea pods 3 min.

Meanwhile, cook peas for 2 minutes.

Peas drain and mix with beans.

Replant vegetables with adhering oil in the bowl and add shallot with lemon juice.

Season vegetables with fresh mint and (freshly ground) pepper and serve with chicken breast..
