Directions

  1. Clean the green beans, break them once and cook them just until done.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook them until done.
  3. Make a puree with hot milk, nutmeg and pepper.
  4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
  5. Cut the onion small.
  6. Wash the raisins.
  7. Fry the onion with curry in the margarine until golden brown.
  8. Fry the minced meat until tender and free.
  9. Add the tomatoes and the raisins and simmer for a few minutes.
  10. Spoon the green beans in an oven dish, then the minced meat mixture and cover with the mashed potatoes.
  11. Leave a brown crust in a hot oven or under the grill.
