Green beans with almond
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, almond shavings (55g bowl), olive oil and garlic (finely chopped).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook the beans in approx. 7 min. Until al dente.

Meanwhile, toast the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Change regularly and let cool on a plate.

Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the green beans and stir-fry 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the almond shavings. Delicious with meatball with shrimps and Swiss rösti.
