Snow peas and carrots with balsamic vinegar
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: carrots, snow peas (200 g), extra virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle) and fresh parsley (finely chopped).

Cut the green from the roots, but leave about 1 cm. Peel the carrots with the peeler and cook them for 8 minutes in water with salt. Add the snow peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the roots and snow peas 1 min. Add the vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the parsley.
