Perfect for the winter months and lovers of curries! Try this amazing green curry.
- Dash olive oil
- 3 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 Red pepper finely chopped
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon green curry paste
- 400 gram chicken breast blocks
Fry the chopped garlic, pepper and onions in the olive oil.
Add 1 teaspoon currypasta to give the dish some taste.
Add the chicken fillet and fry briefly so that the chicken loses its pink color.
Add the rest of the green curry paste, the coconut milk, the ginger and the lemongrass.
Let simmer until the chicken is cooked.
Finally, add the peppers and boil for a maximum of five minutes.
Serve with rice and torn basil leaves.
