Oriental stir-fry with snow peas


Vegetarian oriental stir-fry with tofu, snow peas, cucumber and paprika. Served with rice.

Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes. Spoon the tofu cubes with 2 tbsp wok sauce. Clean the snow peas. Bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the snow peas for 2 minutes. Rinse them in a colander under running cold water.
  2. Cook the pandan rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Cut the pepper very finely and the cucumber into strips. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry, stir-fry the onion and the sweet pepper on high heat for 3 minutes. Add the tofu cubes, snow peas and cucumber strips and stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the rest of the wok sauce and approx. 100 ml of boiled water from the rice and bring it to the boil while you are cooking.
  5. Drain the rice. Serve the rice at the stir-fry dish.
