A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (scrubbed), white bread (without crust), thyme ((a 15 g), only the leaves), olive oil, cauliflower (in florets), Parmesan cheese, steaks (at room temperature) , arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook for 10 minutes. Grind the bread in the food processor to crumble. Add the thyme, 1 tbsp oil and pepper and salt. Fry the crumbs 5 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter.

  3. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 3 minutes on a high heat. Place in the baking dish, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and bake for 6 minutes in the middle of the oven. Leave 3 min. To rest under aluminum foil outside the oven. Spoon the arugula with salt and pepper through the potatoes. Place the steak on 4 plates and serve with the potatoes and cauliflower.
