Green herb pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: flat parsley ((20 g), only the leaves), fresh dill (15 g), garlic, walnuts (bowl 60 g), lemon (scrubbered and grated and squeezed) and olive oil.

Puree the leaves of the parsley, dill, garlic and walnuts with a hand blender.

Add the lemon zest, the juice, olive oil and 8 tbsp water and stir until a smooth dip.

Season with salt and pepper.
