Mix the ingredients for the dressing and mix half of them through the salad. Divide the lettuce over plates.

Sprinkle the wedges of avocado with lemon juice and place them on the salad with the blackberries, feta and spring onions. Drizzle with the dressing, season with some pepper and garnish with mint.
