Green smoothie pancakes from chickslovefood
Pancakes made from oatmeal, orange, spinach, banana and egg.

Put the oatmeal in a food processor and grind to a very fine flour. Remove from the bowl and put away.

Squeeze the juice out of the orange and put it in the mixing bowl of the food processor.

Add the spinach and grind. Then add the banana, the egg and the oatmeal and grind briefly to a smooth batter.

Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and make 2 pancakes from the batter. Fry them for one and a half minutes on both sides.

Scoop out of the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. 3 pancakes are sufficient for breakfast.
