Green vegetables with mackerel and orange


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli (in florets), bean mixture (250 g), balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, solid potatoes (scrubbed), oranges, steamed mackerel, fresh mint (finely chopped) and black olives.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225 ° C.
  2. In large baking tin broccoli and bean mixture mix with vinegar, 3 tbsp oil, (sea) salt and pepper to taste.
