                            Green vegetables with mackerel and orange
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli (in florets), bean mixture (250 g), balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, solid potatoes (scrubbed), oranges, steamed mackerel, fresh mint (finely chopped) and black olives.

                                Preheat oven to 225 ° C.
