Directions

  1. Mix the tuna with the olives, to, shallot, sour cream and vinegar.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the cutting edge of the avocados with olive oil and grill them until nice grill stripes appear.
  4. Fill the avocados with the tuna salad.
  5. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
