Spicy rettich salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: rettich (vegetable), radish, coarse mustard, extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil, white wine vinegar, liquid honey, salted macadamia nuts (coarsely chopped) and baking bacon (in strips).

Peel radish and cut into thin slices with a sharp knife or cheese slicer.

Clean radishes and also cut thinly.

Dressing beats of mustard, oil and vinegar and season with honey, salt and pepper.

Place slices of radish roof tiles on four plates.

Spread radishes over it.
