Fragrant coconut chicken soup
A nice thai recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, laos ((galanga) or 1 tsp ground laos), sereh, green peppers, chicken breast (about 250 g), lime leaves, coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, chicken stock, lime juice and coriander.

Laos peel.

cut lemon grass in length and width.

Break peppers in half, remove seeds.

Cut chicken into strips.

Lime leaves a little bruise.

Mix coconut milk in pan with 1 dl of water, laos, lemongrass, peppers, chicken, lime leaves, fish sauce and sugar and bring to a full boil.

Top up the bouillon tablet.

Let it simmer for 4 minutes.

Stir in lime juice and finely chop coriander above it..
