Let the ice cream soften and scoop the chocolate chunks through. Let it be hard again in the freezer.

Cut the pineapple into 8 equal parts and cut out the core.

Place the parts with the cut surfaces on a piece of aluminum foil and brush with some honey. Place on the barbecue and grill until the pineapple is brown. Place on plates and add some 'chocolatechunk' ice cream.
