Preheat the oven grill.

Halve the oranges horizontally. Use a knife above a bowl to cut the wedges from the fleece.

Scrape the remaining sheets from the orange halves.

Divide the yogurt over the orange halves and continue with the orange wedges and the collected juice.

Sprinkle the orange filling with caster sugar and cinnamon powder.

Put a knob of butter on top and grill for 3-4 minutes under the grill until the butter melts and the sugar is golden brown.
