Christmas sundae


Sundae for Christmas from Italian ice cream with dark chocolate, custard fruit, holly leaves and chocolate spoons.

Directions

  1. Remove the ice from the freezer so that it is easier to create.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put in a glass or metal bowl. Put a pan on the fire with a layer of water in it.
  3. Hold against the boil and hang the bowl in the pan. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate (au bain-marie).
  4. Spoon 1 small loaf of roll ice cream into a glass and pour ¼ of the cherry fruit filling over it.
  5. Spoon 1 small loaf of bread on top and pour ¼ of the melted chocolate over it. Make the rest of the glasses.
  6. Put a holly leaf in each glass. Serve with the chocolate spoons.
