Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon onion finely shredded
- 2 clove garlic large, finely chopped
- Teaspoon dried basil
- Teaspoon Red pepper finely chopped
- 1 lime pressed out
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Red pepper small, toasted
- 1 clove garlic broken
- 1 tablespoon onion finely shredded
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon pressed out
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 kilogram large shrimp raw and without skin
- 150 gram serrano ham
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl and add the shrimp. Stir well and put the dish in the refrigerator for an hour.

Cut or cut the ham into thin strips and wrap around each shrimp a strip of ham.

Mix all ingredients for the aïoli in the small bowl of the food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
