Oriental Chicken Salad
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, sambal badjak, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken fillets, snow peas, carrots (in slanting slices), sesame seeds, lime (clean scrub), little gem (lettuce), spring onions ((a 3 pieces) and in rings ).
Mix the sambal with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Rub the chicken fillets and marinate for 5 minutes.
Cook the snow peas and carrots for 3 minutes in plenty of water with salt.
Rinse them with cold water and let them drain well.
Roast the chicken breasts in a grill pan brown and cooked for 8-10 minutes, turning them regularly.
Roast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Let them cool down on a plate.
Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.
Stir in the juice with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, the lime zest and salt and pepper to taste until a dressing.
Loosen the lettuce leaves from the heads and spread them over 4 plates.
Divide the snow peas, carrots and spring onions and sprinkle with the dressing.
Put the chicken fillets on top and sprinkle with the sesame seeds..
