Gumbo with prawns
A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, breakfast bacon ((200 g), thin slices), winter carrot (peeled), celery (in bows), onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), butter, flour, chicken broth ( cold (from tablet)), tomato cubes (400 g), saltwater shrimp (large (500 g, frozen), thawed), spring onions ((3 pieces) and in thin rings).

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bacon for 8 min. On medium heat. Change regularly. Meanwhile, cut the winter carrot into cubes of 1 x 1 cm. Add with the celery, onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the flour and fry for 10 minutes on low heat.
