Hans and chickens chicken


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, rice, honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic (pressed), chicken cloves (about 500 g), carrots, cucumber and white wine vinegar.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir 2 tablespoons of honey, soy, oil and garlic together in a large bowl. Spoon the chicken joints well with the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with non-stick coating and fry the chicken cloves in 25 minutes brown and done. Cut the roots in half lengthwise, the thick ones in four. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into thick strips as the roots. Bring 100 ml of water with the vinegar and the rest of the honey to the boil. Cook with the lid on the pan over medium heat the carrots in 15-20 minutes until al dente. Spoon the cucumber bars through the still warm root with adherent sweet acid.
  3. Serve the chicken on the rice with the green-orange sweet acid.
