Couscous with Moroccan disk
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: red onions, red peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, olive oil, ground coriander (ketoembar), couscous and Tivall Moroccan slices (a 2 pieces).

Cleaning onions, peppers, zucchini and tomatoes and cutting them roughly.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in pan and fry gently for 3 minutes.

Add pepper and zucchini and fry for 3 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes and sprinkle coriander powder, salt and pepper to taste over vegetables.

Place the lid on the pan and vegetables in a further 10 minutes.

Prepare couscous according to instructions.

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and brown Moroccan slices in 4 min.

On each side.

Spread couscous and stewed vegetables over four plates, put Moroccan disc next to it..
