Lime cod with fried fennel
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, lime, mild olive oil, parsley, cod fillet, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper and fennel sprouts (125 g AH).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Lime wash well and peel 1/2 lime slices.1 / 2 Squeeze out lime and mix with oil.

Chop minced parsley.

Spread cod with salt and pepper.

Heat half of the lime oil in a frying pan.

Bake fish lightly on both sides in approx.

4 minutes.

Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.

Heat the rest of the lime oil and fennel fry in approx.

3 minutes.

Add parsley.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make fennel on half of the plate.

Create rice next to it.

Place cod on fennel and rice and sprinkle with lime peels..
