A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, lime, mild olive oil, parsley, cod fillet, salt, (freshly ground) black pepper and fennel sprouts (125 g AH).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Lime wash well and peel 1/2 lime slices.1 / 2 Squeeze out lime and mix with oil.
  3. Chop minced parsley.
  4. Spread cod with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat half of the lime oil in a frying pan.
  6. Bake fish lightly on both sides in approx.
  7. 4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the pan and keep warm under aluminum foil.
  9. Heat the rest of the lime oil and fennel fry in approx.
  10. 3 minutes.
  11. Add parsley.
  12. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Make fennel on half of the plate.
  14. Create rice next to it.
  15. Place cod on fennel and rice and sprinkle with lime peels..
