Pineapple curry with shrimps
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, basmati rice, red peppers, onion, sunflower oil, mild Indian curry paste (pot of 250 ml), whipped cream, pineapple pieces on own juice (approx. 225 g) and pink shrimps (à 125 g).

Cook rice according to instructions.

Peppers, clean and cut into strips.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Season the onion and paprika for about 3 minutes.

Add curry paste and fry approx.

2 minutes.

Add whipped cream and pineapple with juice and simmer for approx.

10 minutes.

Add 5 minutes shrimp.

Serve with rice.
