Haricots verts with walnuts and bacon

Boil the haricots for 4-5 minutes in water with salt. Drain and drain.

Heat half of the butter and mix in the beans. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

Fry the bacon in a dry, hot frying pan.

Add the bread crumbs and the rest of the butter and fry the crumbs until they are light brown and crispy.

Scoop the parsley, lemon zest, walnuts and tomatoes through.

Spoon the mixture over the beans and serve.
