Hearty chicken soup
Meal soup with potatoes, winter carrots, leeks, red onion, mushrooms, chicken breast and vermicelli.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of 1 cm. Boil the potato cubes in water with salt for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the stock in a soup pan and pour the water. Bring to boil.

Cut the carrot into thin slices. Wash and cut the leeks in half rings.

Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Add the carrots, leek, onion, mushrooms and the potatoes to the stock. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes.

Cut the chicken into thin strips.

Add the chicken and vermicelli and cook for another 6 minutes.
