Directions

  1. Bring the stock with the water to the boil. Meanwhile cut the cavolo nero even finer.
  2. Add the cavolo nero, celery and quinoa to the broth and bring to the boil again.
  3. Allow to cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat with the lid on the pan. If necessary, season with salt.
  4. Divide the soup over the plates and season with the harissa.
