Herring snack
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, ginger root (peeled), herring, radishes (in quarters), spring onions (in slant rings) and Japanese soy sauce.

Grate the ginger finely (or press the ginger into a garlic press).

Cut each herring into 10 pieces and scoop them with the ginger grater.

Allow the herring pieces to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prick a piece of herring with a piece of radish and a piece of spring on a cocktail stick.

Serve with soy sauce..
