A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, ginger root (peeled), herring, radishes (in quarters), spring onions (in slant rings) and Japanese soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Grate the ginger finely (or press the ginger into a garlic press).
  2. Cut each herring into 10 pieces and scoop them with the ginger grater.
  3. Allow the herring pieces to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Prick a piece of herring with a piece of radish and a piece of spring on a cocktail stick.
  5. Serve with soy sauce..
