Pincho with mackerel
A tasty Spanish recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, carrot julienne (150 g), lemon juice, fresh parsley ((dish a 20 g), finely chopped), baguette (Boulogne), mayonnaise and mackerel fillet (in pieces).

Mix the carrot with the lemon juice, parsley and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Cut 24 slanted, thin slices of the baguette and brush them with the mayonnaise.

Divide the carrot salad over it and place a piece of mackerel on each slice.

Stack each other two slices and stick them with a cocktail stick..
