Meatballs with tzatziki
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, snack cucumber, salt, pistachios, oil, mint, minced beef, ginger powder, freshly ground pepper, garlic and Greek cream yoghurt (à 150 g).

Peel the cucumber, cut it in length and remove it with teaspoon seeds. Crumble cucumber on large grater or cut into small pieces. Diced cucumber in sieve with salt and let stand for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peeling pistachio nuts. Fry 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan and briefly fry pistachios, then cut into pieces. cut fresh mint. In bowl minced meat mix with pistachio nuts, half of mint, ginger powder, salt and pepper. Make minced meat into about 30 small balls. Remove the moisture with a spoon from cucumber. Squeeze garlic out of the bowl. Stir in the yoghurt, cucumber and rest of fresh mint. Tzatziki season with salt and pepper.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and cook meatballs in approx. 10 minutes for browning and cooking. To serve warm, lukewarm or cold balls with pricks and tzatziki.
