A tasty Dutch recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, cucumber, red pepper, herb vinegar, sugar, herring, crunchy toast olive oil and sea salt (120 g), spring onion ((bag of 3 pieces), in slanted rings) and olive oil garlic chilli (bottle 250 ml) ).

Saute the cucumber with a cheese slicer lengthwise and place in a bowl. Cut the stalk of the pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out, cut the flesh into rings and put in the cucumber. Add the vinegar, sugar and any salt and scoop. Let stand for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the pegs into pieces of 4 cm. Place each cucumber slice with some pepper rings in a pile on a toast. Put a piece of herring on it and fix it in the cucumber with a skewer. Sprinkle with the spring onions. Sprinkle with some oil.
