Roast the ground coconut in a dry frying pan in approx. 2 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the pit and cut into pieces.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Mix the mango with the pineapple and the coconut pieces. Sprinkle with the crushed coconut.
