Turkey slices with alfalfa ricotta
A tasty Italian recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, bread (vierkorn), fresh chives, ricotta (Italian cheese), coarse mustard (Zaans), celery salt, mayonnaise, grated horseradish (pot a 140 g), smoked turkey fillet and alfalfa (lettuce).

Roast bread in a toaster.

Grind chives.

Mince Ricotta with fork.

Mix chives, mustard and celery salt.

Smooth Mayonnaise with horseradish and cover with bread.

Cut slices halfway.

Roll up slices of turkey fillet and put two rolls on each half slice of bread.

With two teaspoons form ovals from ricotta mixture and place on turkey fillet.

Garnish with alfalfa..
